3 ½ cups white sugar
2/3 cup baking cocoa
½ cup butter
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

In a medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa, butter and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat and then boil on low heat for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and allow to cool before cutting.
Put the melted chocolate in a bowl and top with mini marshmallows, almonds and sea salt. Chill the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
