2. Add the sweet onions and cook until translucent (around 5 minutes).
3. Add the boiled eggs, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and honey. Cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the greens, diced chicken, and avocados to the pan and mix well.
5. Cook for a further 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
6. Squeeze in the lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
7. Plate and serve while hot!
