– 4 cups arugula
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– ½ cup olives
– 2 avocados, diced
– 2 cucumbers, sliced
– ½ cup feta cheese
– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
– 1 crushed garlic clove
