• 2-3 bunches broccolini washed and cut into 1-inch pieces
• 1/2 red onion diced
• 1 boiled egg diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp coconut flakes
• 1/2 tsp curry powder
• 2 tsp pistachios
• 2 tsp vinegar
• 1 tsp honey
