Today I have a perfect baked chicken dinner for you. Perfectly easy that is. My husband loves it, my children love it and all my friends love it. You really cannot go wrong and I know you are just going to love it. I present to you my very popular for caramelized baked chicken.
One little tip I have found when making this meal is to lay a piece of foil over your baking tray or grill pan whilst you are baking and turn your chicken at least once. You should be able to tell just from sight when the caramelization is done. Depending on how effective your oven is this can take anywhere for 45 minutes to an hour.
Simply serve with some boiled potatoes or even my delicious garlic roasted potatoes and a side of salad for a very easy yet tasty meal. Ready in no more than 75 minutes and with only 400 calories per serving for the chicken by itself. You don’t have to use chicken fillets if you don’t have any the recipe works well with any type of chicken.
