– 3 ripe bananas
– 1 ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
– ¾ cup sugar
– ½ cup ground almonds
– 6 tablespoons butter melted
– 2 teaspoons baking soda
– ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
– 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 2 large eggs
– ⅓ cup buttermilk


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter.
