Ingredients
- 1 cup (90g) Rolled oats
- 1 cup (250ml) Milk
- 1/2 cup (130g) Natural yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 cup (150g) Berries, fresh or thawed frozen
You’ll need: Bowl or 2 jars
Method
Stir the oats, milk, yoghurt and honey together in a bowl or divide between two jars.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (overnight). The oats soak up the liquid and turn soft and creamy.
In the morning, stir well, adding a splash of milk if it is too thick, and top with the berries. Eat cold.
Total time includes the 8 hours of chilling.
Storage
Keep covered in the fridge and eat within 2 days. Do not leave out of the fridge for more than 2 hours.
