Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 150g Cheddar, sliced
- 6 slices Ham, rolled up
- 16 Plain crackers
- 1 punnet (250g) Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks
- 1 cup Grapes
You’ll need: Saucepan, Large plate or board
Method
Lower the eggs gently into a pan of boiling water and cook for 10 minutes so the yolks are firm. Move to a bowl of cold water for 5 minutes, then peel and halve.
Arrange the eggs, cheddar, ham, crackers, tomatoes, cucumber and grapes on a large plate or board.
Serve straight away, or keep chilled until needed.
Storage
Keep chilled and do not leave out for more than 2 hours. Peeled eggs keep up to 2 days in the fridge; use opened ham by the date on the pack.
