Ingredients
- 500g Chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Large wraps
- 2 cups Lettuce, shredded
- 2 Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced
- Salt, a pinch
You’ll need: Frying pan
Method
Toss the chicken with the oil, paprika, garlic powder and salt. Cook in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 6–8 minutes, turning, until golden and cooked through (no pink inside).
Mix the yoghurt, lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
Warm the wraps for 20 seconds in a dry frying pan or the microwave so they fold without cracking.
Spread each wrap with the yoghurt sauce, then top with lettuce, tomato, cucumber and chicken. Fold in the ends and roll up tightly.
Storage
Best eaten straight away. Keep leftover cooked chicken covered in the fridge and eat within 2 days; reheat until piping hot or use cold.
