Ingredients
- 4 Bacon rashers, chopped
- 500g Chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 small Cos lettuce, shredded
- 1/3 cup Parmesan, grated
- 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
- 4 Large wraps
- Salt and pepper, to taste
You’ll need: Frying pan
Method
Cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes until crisp. Remove to a plate.
Add the oil and chicken to the pan, season with salt and pepper and cook for 6–8 minutes, turning, until golden and cooked through (no pink inside).
Toss the lettuce, parmesan and most of the dressing in a bowl.
Warm the wraps for 20 seconds in a dry frying pan or the microwave. Divide the lettuce, chicken and bacon between the wraps, drizzle with the remaining dressing, fold in the ends and roll up tightly.
Storage
Best eaten straight away. Keep leftover cooked chicken and bacon covered in the fridge and eat within 2 days.
