Ingredients
- 1 Baguette, or ciabatta, cut into 12–15cm lengths and split open
- 60g Butter, softened
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped, optional
- 1 pinch Salt
You’ll need: Air fryer
Method
Mix the butter, garlic, parsley and salt in a small bowl.
Spread the garlic butter over the cut sides of the bread.
Heat the air fryer to 180°C. Put the bread in the basket cut-side up, in a single layer, in batches if needed.
Cook for 4–6 minutes, until golden and crisp at the edges. Check at 4 minutes, as the edges brown quickly.
Slice and serve hot.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Wrap and keep in the fridge up to 2 days, then re-crisp in the air fryer for 2 minutes.
