Ingredients
- 1 small head (about 700g) Cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
You’ll need: Air fryer
Method
Toss the florets with the oil, cumin, paprika and salt until well coated. Cut them to a similar size so they cook evenly.
Heat the air fryer to 200°C. Cook in 2 batches if the basket is more than half full, as crowded cauliflower steams instead of browning.
Cook for 15–18 minutes, shaking at about 8 minutes, until golden at the edges and a knife slides in easily. Check toward the early end.
Serve hot, with lemon or yoghurt if you like.
Storage
Fridge up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer at 180°C for 3–4 minutes, or eat cold in salads.
