Ingredients
- 1 large head (about 400g) Broccoli, cut into similar-sized florets
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 Lemon, cut into wedges
You’ll need: Air fryer
Method
Dry the florets well, as water makes them steam instead of crisp. Toss with the oil, garlic powder and salt.
Heat the air fryer to 180°C. Add the broccoli in a loose layer.
Cook for 7–9 minutes, shaking at the halfway point, until the stalks are tender when pierced and the tips are crisp and browned. Check at 7 minutes, as the tips can burn quickly.
Squeeze over the lemon and serve.
Storage
Fridge up to 3 days. It softens, so eat cold or reheat in the air fryer for 2–3 minutes.
