• ½ cup butter, melted

• ½ cup light brown sugar

• 2 large eggs

• 2 cups mashed bananas (about 3 large bananas)

• 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract


1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, mashed banana, and vanilla.
