Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

  3. In a separate bowl, beat the vegan butter and coconut sugar together with a hand mixer.
  4. Add the mashed bananas, almond milk, agave nectar and vanilla extract to the butter and sugar mixture and beat until combined.
  5. Add the gluten-free flour to the wet ingredients and mix just until combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped nuts and pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a cake tester or toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Let the banana nut bread cool in the pan before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
