- 6 cubes of tofu
- 1 medium zucchini, slice lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons of Chinese flavour soybean paste
- pinch of Japanese sansho
- Brush zucchini slices with oil from the soybeans.
- Place cube of tofu at one end, top with bit of soybeans and roll.
- Fasten the roll with toothpick and sprinkle with sansho.
- Grill about 10 minutes.
- Serve.
