Recipe for Thai Khao Tom
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sticky or glutinous rice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 can coconut milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
Instructions:
- Rinse the sticky rice in a bowl and let it soak for at least 15 minutes.
- Drain the rinse water off the rice and transfer to a saucepan.
- Add the water, coconut milk, salt, ground ginger, and sugar to the pan.
