2 lb ground bison
2 eggs
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced bell pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon brown sugar


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. In a large bowl, combine ground bison, eggs, oats, onion, bell pepper, celery, garlic, thyme, oregano, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper. Mix until ingredients are well combined.

3. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with oil, and then evenly spread the mixture into the dish.

4. Mix together ketchup, brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl until combined.

5. Spread the ketchup mixture evenly over the top of the bison mixture.

6. Place the baking dish into the preheated oven, and bake for 45 minutes.

7. Once cooked, carefully remove from oven, and let cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
