Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 pinch Salt
- Black pepper, to taste
You’ll need: Non-stick frying pan, Spatula
Method
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the milk and salt and whisk with a fork until evenly mixed.
Melt the butter in a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat until foaming.
Pour in the eggs. Wait 20 seconds, then stir slowly with a spatula, pushing the egg from the edges to the middle, for 2–3 minutes.
When the eggs are softly set with no visible liquid egg left, take the pan off the heat. They keep cooking in the pan, so serve straight away with pepper.
Storage
Best eaten straight away. Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours and eat within 1 day. Reheat until piping hot all the way through.
