- 4 Eggs, straight from the fridge

You’ll need: Saucepan, Bowl
Method
Bring a saucepan of water to a rolling boil and lower in the eggs gently with a spoon.
Reduce to a steady simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile fill a bowl with cold water and ice.
Move the eggs straight into the cold water and leave for 5 minutes. Tap to crack all over, then peel under the water or running tap.
Storage
Refrigerate within 2 hours. Unpeeled eggs keep up to 1 week; peeled eggs keep up to 2 days in a covered container.
