Ingredients
- 800g (3 large) Potatoes, scrubbed, skin on
- 1 1/2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
You’ll need: Air fryer
Method
Cut each potato lengthwise into 6–8 thick wedges, about 2cm wide at the thickest edge. Pat dry with a clean tea towel.
Toss the wedges with the oil, paprika, garlic powder and salt in a large bowl until evenly coated.
Heat the air fryer to 200°C. Put the wedges in the basket in a single layer as much as you can; if they are piled up, cook in 2 batches.
Cook for 22–28 minutes, shaking the basket once at about 12 minutes, until deep golden and a knife slides easily into the thickest wedge. Check toward the early end.
Serve straight away while crisp.
Storage
Best eaten fresh. Fridge up to 2 days; reheat in the air fryer at 190°C for 4–5 minutes to re-crisp.
