Chicken

– 2 cups Doritos, crushed

– 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

Cook the Chicken

1. Preheat oven to 375°F
2. In a small bowl stir together the garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts.
4. Place the chicken breasts in a 9×13 inch baking pan.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes or until juices run clear and chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F.

Make the Doritos Crust

1. In a medium bowl combine the Doritos, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
2. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Slice cooked chicken into strips.

5. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, hot sauce, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
6. Spread the sour cream mixture on top of the chicken.
7. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese.
8. Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Sprinkle with diced green onion, then serve.
