Mediterranean Greek Salad

Recipe: Mediterranean Greek Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 head Romaine lettuce, ripped into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 red onion, very thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber, quartered and sliced
- 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and Feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Serve Greek salad immediately.
