Mediterranean Greek Salad

A Mediterranean Greek Salad is a classic Greek dish with a light and refreshing flavor. Recipe: Mediterranean Greek Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, ripped into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 red onion, very thinly sliced
  • 1 cucumber, quartered and sliced
  • 1/2 cup pitted Kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, red onion, cucumber, Kalamata olives, and Feta cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper. Whisk until emulsified.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
  4. Serve Greek salad immediately.
