Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine honey, sugar, soy sauce and chicken broth. Whisk together until sugar is dissolved.
- Add cubed chicken to mixture, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together garlic, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add marinated chicken. Cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in chopped walnuts and garlic-sesame oil mixture.
- Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until walnuts are lightly toasted and fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions and serve warm.
