Simply Delicious Hanover Chili

  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute more.
  4. Stir in the ground cumin, chili powder, smoked paprika, and oregano.
  5. Add the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Add the drained and rinsed pinto beans and black beans, along with 2 cups of vegetable broth.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 20 minutes.
  8. Taste the chili for seasoning and add salt and pepper, as needed.
  9. Serve with desired toppings, such as chopped fresh cilantro.
