• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 onions, diced
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 2 Anaheim chili peppers, diced
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 8 – 10 Corn tortilla shells
• 2 avocados, diced
• 2 Tbsp queso fresco
• Sour cream, for serving

2. Add the ground beef, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is cooked through and the onions are soft and translucent.
