Ganache: 2 ½ cups of heavy cream
20 oz of melting chocolate

Method

Begin by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Grease and lightly flour a 9-inch springform pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together your flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until they are light and fluffy. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until they are combined.
