Ingredients

• 1 kg of Chicken pieces
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 tbsp green chilli paste
• 1 tsp garlic paste

• 4 pods of cardamom

Methods

1. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken pieces, green chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, garam masala, cumin powder, cloves, cardamom, black pepper, bay leaf, oil, turmeric powder, yogurt and salt. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.

2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the onions. Fry until golden.
