Ingredients:

– 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 2 tablespoons sugar
– 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
– 2 lbs boneless lamb, cut into 1-inch cubes

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Add the lamb and mix until the cubes are completely coated. Let it marinate for about 1 hour in the fridge.
