Cheesecake Factory Meatloaf


– 1 lb ground beef
– 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1/2 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 cup ketchup
– 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
– 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 eggs
– 2 tablespoons parsley
– 2 tablespoons oil
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, eggs, and parsley.
3. Using your hands, form the mixture into a loaf shape, and place in a baking dish.
4. Drizzle the loaf with oil and season with salt and pepper.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until the internal temperature of the loaf reaches 160 degrees.
6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
