This delectable dish is made with all-natural ingredients, including chicken tenders, crushed coconuts and spring onions. The tenders are then cooked to perfection in a lightly oiled skillet before being crusted in the crushed coconut and cooked until golden. The spring onions provide a crunchy texture and add some much-needed freshness. To finish, the chicken tenders are served with a honey mustard dipping sauce that gives it the perfect balance of rich and tangy flavors.
