Whole Foods Blackened Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1” cubes
• 2 tablespoons paprika

• ½ cup cucumber, diced
• ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions:
