Vietnamese Ginger Chicken

Ingredients:

-2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
-1 tablespoon rice flour
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon ginger powder
-1 teaspoon black pepper
-1 teaspoon salt
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1/4 cup soy sauce
-2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
-2 cloves garlic, minced
-2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
-2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the rice flour, garlic powder, ginger powder, black pepper, and salt.

2. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl, and toss to coat.
