– 3/4 cup uncooked rolled oats
– 1/4 cup milk

– 2 eggs, lightly beaten
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. In a large bowl, gently mix together all ingredients until combined.

3. Place mixture in a greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.

4. Bake for approximately one hour or until a meat thermometer inserted into the center of the meatloaf reads 160°F.

5. Once cooked, remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
