3. Divide batter into two batches. In one batch, mix in cocoa powder. In the other, mix in boiling water.
4. Pour each batter into the greased pan separately, spreading evenly with a spatula.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6. Let the cakes cool off on a wire rack. Spread white chocolate over the cooled cakes and let it set.
7. Carefully place the chocolate-covered cakes on top of each other – the cocoa-flavoured one at the bottom and the water-flavoured one on top.
8. Decorate with Teddy bear of your choosing.
