-1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
-1/4 cup ketchup
-1 tablespoon honey
-1/4 cup water

1. In a large bowl, combine the ground bison, panko, parmesan cheese, onion, mushrooms, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, 1 tablespoon of ketchup, and honey. Mix until thoroughly combined.

5. When the patties are cooked, add them to the skillet and pour the sauce over them. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6. Taste and season with salt and pepper if desired. Serve over mashed potatoes or a bed of greens. Enjoy!
