  • 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, combine the yeast and warm water. When the yeast starts to foam, stir in the sugar and salt. Then, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 ½ cups of flour, stirring until combined.
