Stuffed Calamari

Stuffed calamari is a delicious Italian dish that is sure to impress your guests and family. It is simple to make and has a unique flavor that will leave everyone wanting more. This recipe serves 4 to 6 people.


• 2 pounds of cleaned and prepared calamari
• 4 tablespoons of chopped garlic
• 4 tablespoons of butter
• 2 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1/2 cup of bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
• 2 tablespoons of minced onion
• Salt and Pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup of white wine


1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.

2. In a skillet, melt the butter and olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté until the onion is lightly golden.

3. Add the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, parsley, salt and pepper to the skillet and mix well.

4. Grease a baking dish with butter and place the calamari in the dish.

5. Stuff the calamari with the breadcrumb mixture and pour the white wine over the top.

6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes until the calamari is cooked through.

7. Serve hot and enjoy!
