Spanish Jamon Serrano Recipe

Spanish Jamon Serrano, also known as Serrano ham, is an aged cured ham from Spain. It’s salty and juicy and has a nutty flavor. It’s often served thinly sliced as an appetizer or main course, but it’s also great in salads, omelets, sandwiches, and more! Here’s a simple recipe that’s sure to become a favorite.

Ingredients:

-2 pounds of Spanish Jamon Serrano, thinly sliced
-2 tablespoons of olive oil
-2 cloves of garlic, minced
-1 tablespoon of fresh sage leaves, chopped
-1 teaspoon of white pepper
-1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin
-1/4 teaspoon of smoked paprika
-1/4 teaspoon of ground coriander

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

3. Add the Jamon Serrano and sauté for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

4. Add the sage, pepper, cumin, paprika, and coriander, and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes until the Jamon Serrano is heated through.
