Spanish Caracoles Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 dozen live snails
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  8. Uncover and season with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  9. Continue cooking until the snails are cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  10. Serve hot, with a side of fresh bread and a glass of white wine!
