– 1/3 Cup Breadcrumbs

– Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl combine the ground beef and ground pork with the onions, garlic and parsley. Season with a generous pinch of salt and pepper and mix thoroughly.
3. In a smaller bowl whisk the eggs, milk, bread and crumbs and paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.
4. Add the egg mixture to the meat mixture and mix with your hands until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
5. Grease a 9×5” loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Press the meatloaf mixture evenly into the pan and spread the ketchup over the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf reads 160°F (75°C). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
