Shopkins Cake

– 2 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour one 9-inch round cake pan.
2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and baking powder. Set aside.
3. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and oil. Add in the eggs and beat until light and fluffy. Stir in the vanilla, sour cream, and sprinkles. Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just combined.
