Ruth Chris Potato Au Gratin

  • 2 cups half-and-half

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, half-and-half, butter, salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well mixed.
  4. Pour the mixture into the baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, or until potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
