Royce Potato Chip Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces Royce PotATo chips
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1-1/2 cups Royce White Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Grind the Royce Potato chips in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in the flour mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
  6. Fold in the Royce Potato chips.
  7. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.
  10. When cool, spread one layer with Royce White Chocolate chips. Place the other cake layer on top, and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.

Royce Chocolate Mochi Donuts

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Royce ChocoMonaka, chopped into small pieces
  • Instructions:

    1. In a medium bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar and mix until thoroughly combined.
    2. In a large bowl, whisk together the oil, yogurt, and vanilla extract until blended.
    3. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and whisk until just combined. Do not overmix.
    4. Cover the bowl with a damp cloth and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
    5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it is about 1/4 inch thick.
    6. Cut out doughnuts with a 3-inch round doughnut cutter.
    7. Place the cut doughnuts onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
    8. Gently press the chopped ChocoMonaka into the centers of each doughnut.
    9. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F (175 degree C) oven for 10 minutes, or until the donuts are lightly golden.
    10. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature.
    11. Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
