Royce Potato Chip Chocolate Cake

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces Royce PotATo chips
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
  • 1-1/2 cups Royce White Chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  2. Grind the Royce Potato chips in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla.
  5. Stir in the flour mixture, alternating with the buttermilk.
  6. Fold in the Royce Potato chips.
  7. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared pans.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
  9. Cool for 10 minutes, then remove from pans and cool completely.
  10. When cool, spread one layer with Royce White Chocolate chips. Place the other cake layer on top, and frost with your favorite chocolate frosting.
