Rachel Ray Meatloaf Recipe: Delicious Comfort Food at Its Finest

There’s nothing like a good comfort food recipe on a chilly, autumn day. One of my favorite comfort food recipes is Rachel Ray’s classic Meatloaf. This recipe is a great combination of mouthwatering flavors, unique ingredients, and a cooking method that’s both simple and satisfying. Plus, it’s always a huge hit at dinner time.

Ingredients:

2lbs Ground beef
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/4 cup Dried oregano
1/4 cup Dried basil
1/4 cup Dried parsley
1/4 cup Dried thyme
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1/4 cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 large Egg
1/4 cup Ketchup
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, garlic, cheese, egg, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Form into a loaf-shape and place into a sprayed baking dish.
4. Bake for 45 minutes. Then, remove and brush the top with additional ketchup.
5. Bake additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatloaf registers at least 160 degrees.
6. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
