Ingredients:

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• ¼ teaspoon salt

• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

• ½ teaspoon dried oregano

• 1 cup of puffball mushrooms, finely diced

• ½ cup of cheddar cheese, finely grated

• ¼ cup of butter, melted

• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 1 egg

• 2 tablespoons of chives, finely chopped

Sour Cream Dipping Sauce

• 1 cup of sour cream

• 2 tablespoons of chives, finely chopped

• ½ teaspoon garlic powder

• ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking sheet.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, oregano and salt.

3. Add in diced puffball mushrooms, cheddar cheese, melted butter, honey and egg. Mix until ingredients are combined.

4. Roll rounded tablespoons of the mixture into balls and place on the baking sheet.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

6. To prepare the dipping sauce, mix together sour cream, chives, garlic powder and salt in a small bowl.
