-1 large head of cauliflower
-2 tablespoons olive oil
-2 tablespoons smoked paprika
-2 tablespoons garlic powder
-2 teaspoons cumin
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

2. Cut your cauliflower into four thick ‘steaks’.

3. Place the cauliflower steaks on a lined baking sheet.

4. Drizzle the steaks with the olive oil.

5. In a small bowl, combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper.

6. Sprinkle the seasoning evenly over the cauliflower steaks.
