Directions
- Poach chicken in chicken stock until cooked.
- Cool chicken and shred. Heat beans.
- Fry tortillas in vegetable oil until brown.
- Take tostada, fill with beans, salsa, and chicken.
- Top with avocado, cheese, cilantro, and marinated onions.
