As with many dishes, the uniqueness of this dish lies in its ingredients. This dish draws from different traditions, cultures, and flavors, giving it a very multi-cultural flair. The combination of fruits and vegetables in this dish gives it a unique twist while still utilizing classic techniques like marinate and sauté.

We believe that the best dishes come from combining the old with the new – and this recipe is no exception. For example, we chose to combine the sweetness of strawberries and cherries with the savory richness of chicken in one dish. It’s a little out of the ordinary, but the results are fantastic!

When it comes to making this dish, the preparation and cooking times are fairly fast. You will want to marinate the chicken for at least two hours. This ensures that the chicken will absorb all the flavors while cooking, creating an even more savory dish. After marinating the chicken, simply fry it in the pan and serve it with your favorite side.

Thanks to this dish, you can enjoy all the flavors and surprises that this unique combination has to offer. If you’re looking for something with a little extra, try adding your own twist with extra spices and options of your own.

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 1 cup strawberries, hulled and cut into halves
– 1/2 cup cherries, pitted and cut into halves
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
– 2 tablespoons honey
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberries, cherries, olive oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Stir together until all is combined.

2. Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Use your hands to make sure the chicken is evenly covered with the marinade. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge to marinate for at least 2 hours.

3. Once the chicken has finished marinating, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the skillet, and when the oil is hot, add the chicken.

4. Cook the chicken on each side for 4-5 minutes, or until they are cooked through.

5. Serve the chicken with the sauce from the marinade poured over top and a side of steamed vegetables. Enjoy!
