– sea salt & black pepper

– 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
– 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger
– 1 garlic clove, minced

– 1-2 tablespoon freshly chopped red chili & 1 tablespoon water (optional for a kick of heat)
1. Prepare the chicken:
Cut the chicken into cubes and season with sea salt & black pepper. Place the arrowroot powder in a shallow bowl, then coat the chicken cubes in the arrowroot powder.
2. Make the sauce:
